What is the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?

A deep clean is the highest form of clean, where everything is decontaminated from top to bottom. This is a process that goes above and beyond a standard clean and ensures all areas are hygienic.

Do you offer deep cleaning?

Do you deep clean commercial and public sector buildings?

Can you deep clean out of hours?

Yes – Pure Decon are able to work outside of usual trading hours to meet your needs and to ensure the deep clean does not impede on your usual business operations. All of our deep clean technicians hold a DBS certificate so you can trust them to deep clean your setting without you being there.

Can I book an ad-hoc deep clean?

Yes – we understand that sticking to a strict schedule does not work for everyone, that’s why Pure Decon make it as easy as possible for you to book in single deep cleans as and when you please.

How do I book a deep clean?

If you are a new customer booking a deep clean, you can follow one of three steps:

How do I customise my deep clean?

Every setting is different, so Pure Decon capture your specific cleaning requirements during each booking.

How much does a deep clean cost?

Each setting is unique. Our fees will take into account factors such as the size of area that needs to be decontaminated and the time taken to achieve this.

Which areas do you cover?

Pure Decon provides Deep Cleaning in Manchester and various other areas in and around the north-west. Pure Decon tend to focus on the north of the country – typically a 100-mile radius outside of Manchester. We do, however, offer national coverage for larger deep clean and decontamination projects.

Does your company have insurance?

Yes, Pure Decon is fully insured.

How can I complain?

Can I reschedule or cancel my deep clean?

Yes! Your deep cleans are fully flexible until 18:00 the day before the deep clean – you can reschedule, skip or cancel any deep clean before this time without incurring any charge.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a deep clean after this cut-off time, you may be charged for the deep clean. The reason for this is we are unable to re-assign the team on such short notice.

Who will carry out my deep clean?

All of our technicians hold a DBS certificate and are accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health. Our teams are carefully selected and rigorously trained in line with standards set by the UK government.

How do I pay for my deep clean?

You can pay in a variety of ways including standing order, cash, bank transfer or even invoice depending on the circumstances.

Can I book a regular monthly deep cleans?

Yes. You can schedule a regular clean every fortnight, week, or more than weekly. If you would like to schedule a monthly visit, you can do this by booking a one-off visit every month. Call us on 0161 821 9999 to discuss your requirements.

What is the latest booking time for urgent cleans?

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes! In the unlikely even you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48-hours and we’ll send another technician out (free-of-charge) to resolve any issues.

How long will a deep clean take?

This really depends on the work involved! If you tell us the correct information about a job, Pure Decon will send a suitable team to complete the job in half a day to a full day. The time involved really depends on your setting and requirements.

Do you have quality measures in place for your deep cleans?

Our unique approach to deep cleaning means we validate all of our work for Sterility Assurance. Our Hygiene Monitoring system is recommended by Public Health England. This measures if organisms are alive after decontamination and the systems detects down to 0.1 femtomoles of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). A femtomole is a billionth of a millionth of a mole.
